In 1994, Jim Leivas began a career in the printer and office equipment industry at a young age. Working his way up the ladder as a sales representative and then manager, Jim implemented new document systems for corporate enterprises as well as small to mid-sized organizations throughout Orange County, California for companies such as IKON Office Solutions, Ricoh Business Systems, and Toshiba. As he developed knowledge and expertise in the business solutions field, he started to recognize gaps in the industry where greater opportunities could be offered to customers.
Jim launched Next Level Business Strategies, Inc. in Ladera Ranch, California, in 2013. In order to put the customer first, Jim decided not to be an authorized dealer of only one brand; instead, he wanted Next Level to offer the highest-quality machines and technology on the market according to what his clients needed. This gave Next Level an edge—the company could still be competitive and scale for growth without being beholden to the powerhouses of the industry.
Through hard work and this strong commitment to customer satisfaction, the company gained momentum and developed a track record of success. Working hand-in-hand with customers every step of the way to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the results is the foundation of the organization—it is built into the DNA by Jim himself, and it’s carried through by each staff member and every technician.
